Derek and his son did an awesome job on our house and roof on Lake Sinclair. We saw his ad on Facebook and contacted him for quote. He responded immediately and after viewing pictures he quickly sent us a quote. We made appointment and he arrived on date and time arranged! The project was big however he completed in one day. Our home is 10 years old and looks like the day it was built. We loved the soft wash approach versus hard pressure washing. And it is guaranteed! They did a fabulous job on my roof today.
They moved all my potted plants away from the house to ensure they didn't get any chlorine water on them and blew the patio clean after all the gunk on the roof came down.
Very polite and did the work quickly and quietly.
Derek even checked for spots where a squirrel could get into the attic (didn't find anything thank goodness)

Derrick arrived on-time for the appointment, thoroughly explained the process, and was very kind and thoughtful of our property. He and his crew did a great job pressure washing the house and the roof, and we could see results almost immediately. There were a couple of spots that needed some extra cleaning, and he took the time to hand scrub it and get it clean. We are very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Derrick and his company.
